Shipping policy

Shipping methods

Once your order is confirmed and paid, we ship it using the method you chose:

Zonixtec courier: our network of couriers in several cities delivers within 1 to 3 business days.

Amana Express: delivery to your address within 3 to 7 business days to major destinations.

Delivery fees

Fees depend on the delivery method and are shown in full at checkout before you confirm — nothing extra is collected on delivery.

Large items and projects

Locks, gate motors, projector screens and sound systems may be delivered by the installation technician. We will agree the time with you by phone.

Tracking your order

Follow your order at any time on the “Track your order” page with your order number (ZX-…) and mobile number. We call before arriving.
