Introduction

These terms apply to zonixtec.net and all of its sections. By using the site you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect when published.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the site to shop for personal purposes.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. An order is confirmed once payment through Paymob succeeds. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if an item is out of stock, with a full refund.

Payment

All online payments are processed by Paymob. We never see or store your card details.

Installation and services

Installation, site surveys, their timing and cost are set out in a written quotation before work starts. The customer provides the power and internet connection needed on site.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services such as manufacturers’ apps or internet providers, or for use of devices contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Nothing in them limits your rights under that law.
