Your right to return

Under Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you can exchange or return a product for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.

The product must be unused and not installed, in its original condition with its box, all accessories and the invoice.

Faulty or non-matching products

If a product arrives faulty or does not match its description, we replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the shipping either way. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo.

Warranty

All our products are new and genuine and carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for each product is stated on your invoice, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.

Installed products

Products installed by our team cannot be returned after installation unless they are faulty — in which case we repair or replace them. Installation work is guaranteed; the period is stated on your quotation.

How to return

Once the product has been checked, we refund the same payment method through Paymob (card or wallet). It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
