What we collect

When you order, we collect only your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, to fulfil your order and contact you about it. When you book a consultation, we keep the details you give about your place so we can prepare the survey and quote.

Chat on this site

Chats are answered first by an AI assistant and then by our team when needed. Messages are processed by an AI provider only to reply to you — never type card details in the chat.

Payment data

Payments are handled entirely on Paymob’s secure page. Card numbers and wallet PINs never reach us; we keep only the last four card digits and the payment result.

Sharing

We share your details only with the delivery company (to deliver your order) and Paymob (to take payment). We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to work, such as remembering your language and keeping your cart on your device.

Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time through the contact page.
